Good survey of the key pricing models.  I would love to see a discussion of how a developer would go about getting advertising integrated into their app--not on the technical level, but from the business end.  How do you source advertising, how to negotiate through the maze of integrators and other intermediaries, what to expect in terms of rates, how to maximize appeal, etc.
