Hi Manish,
Good to hear from you. I haven't seen any PHP scripts written specifically for Android devices (though there's no reason why you can't be the first). Classic PHP is a server-side scripting language designed to generate web pages dynamically. Mobile devices, like Android phones and tablets, are classic client side devices.
If you want to look into Android native development, you can download MOTODEV studio from this website (here) and the SDK and tools from developer.android.com. It takes about an hour to download and install everything. If you are not familiar with Java, that's a good technology to learn - you'll need it for Android. An alternative is to leverage your PHP skills, and look into HTML5 and javascript, and build some web apps that way.

Hello All,
My name is Steven Wycoff, and I am currently a student at the University of Phoenix, and a wedding coordinator at the Los Angeles County Arboretum. I haven't built any apps yet, but I really want to learn how to develop apps and software for my phone, since I am constantly using it. I thing it would be nice to look at my phone and be able to say " Aha I made this!"
Thank you for this opportunity, and I look forward to working with everyone.
Steven Wycoff
