One of the more common questions I hear during discussions about building apps for your enterprise is, “now that I have an app, how do I get it to the right people in my company?”  It’s an inevitable question once you start down the path of mobilizing your company’s data. You may also be wondering whose job it is to manage this capability and what your options are for deploying apps?

About a year ago, the IT Strategy team in Motorola Mobility embarked on an effort to build apps for the enterprise. We soon arrived at the same questions listed above. We have now developed over a dozen apps and would like to share some of our experiences in delivering them to our users.

Please join Randy Ksar and I for a discussion on “How to Distribute Apps to Your Mobile Workforce” during the December 13th  MOTODEV online event. We will talk about the various options available and things you should consider when choosing your approach. We will also talk about what we did for app distribution and how it has worked out for us.

Listen to a sneak-peek of this event and register below. I look forward to answering your questions during the event and learning about how you deploy your mobile apps to your workforce.
