I will be seriously surprised if this phone makes it to the US without many of the most interesting features conspicuously absent. EVDO + WCDMA + GSM = non-US. No carrier here would permit that combination, and (with the exception of Apple), no manufacturer has the clout to make the carriers do what they don't want to do. Multi-SIM? Hell no. That would mean your phone could operate on more than one carrier. Nope, not happening. All of which is too bad for us, the developers. I am sure that any of you who create 'Droid applications could think of cool things you could do with such a phone, were it available. I know I sure could.

Thanks everyone for your comments.  This phone is being released in China.  Fraa_Lio carriers in the U.S. are definitely different than other countries.  What type of applications have you built already? Could it apply to the market/users in China?

I work a lot in Asia and Europe (but not in China).  Would be great if this device had dual SIM GSM
