One of the top watched SlideShare presentations from MOTODEV is "Getting Your App Discovered on Android Market and Beyond".  It is based upon a need in the app developer ecosystem that apps need to be discovered by consumers easier.  As you know the Android Market is evolving to be an even better experience in terms of app discovery and I wanted to share with you what I learned from developers at Evernote and Zoodles in 2011.

The below presentation is narrated by myself and goes over the following:

  • Optimizing your Android Market listing (copy, promo graphics, screenshots, etc..)
  • Incorporating social sharing within your app
  • Testing to Improve Ratings & Reviews
  • MOTODEV tools and resources available

The presentation is approximately 30 minutes and you can fast forward to the slide that interests you.  As always we want to hear what is working and not working for you in terms of app discovery and your Android Market experience. Post your experiences on the MOTODEV App Discovery discussion boards and meet other developers going through similar experiences.
